what guests say

We copy guests’ words here exactly as they wrote them, first name and month only, and we do not edit or select for flattery. The full set, including anything critical, stays where it was written.

Where these figures come from

The rating above is the public figure on the Airbnb listing, read in September 2026 and updated here each quarter. It covers every stay since HolidayCo began managing the house. We do not collect our own star ratings, and we deliberately do not mark platform ratings up as our own in search results, because Google’s rules only allow a site to do that for reviews it gathered itself.

What guests tend to say

The themes Airbnb pulls out of the reviews are consistent: the location and the walk to the beach come up most, then the comfort of the house, how well it works for families, and the indoor spaces. The lowest category scores are cleanliness and value, both at 4.7, which is where we push HolidayCo hardest.
