One house, one calendar, three places to book it.
- Book direct
Direct with HolidayCo
Through HolidayCo, the local team that manages the house. Usually the cheapest way to stay: no platform service fee.
- Open Airbnb
Airbnb
Same house, same calendar, Airbnb's service fee on top.
- Open Stayz
Stayz
Same house, same calendar, Stayz's service fee on top.
Sails Pearl Beach is managed by HolidayCo, the local team that looks after holiday homes in Pearl Beach and Patonga. They handle keys, cleaning, check-in and anything that comes up during your stay, whichever way you book.
Booking direct with HolidayCo is usually the cheapest option. There is no platform service fee, and their member pricing applies. Airbnb and Stayz show exactly the same calendar, so if you would rather book there for the protection or the points, you can.
Before you book
- Minimum two nights, and longer over Christmas, Easter and long weekends. The calendar shows what applies to your dates.
- Sleeps six in three bedrooms: a queen with ensuite and walk-in robe, a second queen, and a twin room. Six is the maximum unless HolidayCo approves more in advance.
- Linen, towels and bed making are included. Bring beach towels.
- No pets, no smoking, no parties and no additional visitors. HolidayCo asks for a copy of the lead guest’s licence at check-in.
- Off-street parking for two cars, and the beach is a flat 250-metre walk.
When to come
Christmas, Easter and the long weekends book out months ahead. Autumn and spring are the quiet secret: warm water, cool air and nobody about. Winter is the cheapest time to stay and the whales pass the headland from May to November. If you are deciding what a stay looks like, a weekend in Pearl Beach lays out two nights hour by hour.
If dates are booked
The calendar above is live across all three platforms, so a date blocked here is blocked everywhere. HolidayCo manage other houses in the village and can usually suggest one if Sails is taken for your dates.
